CANNA Research has succeeded in developing a certified, organic soil that meets international organic standards. Bio Terra Plus is made up of 100% natural materials and as such can also be used for organic cultivation. Bio Terra Plus is made up of top quality peats which include superior quality white peat.
The airy structure of white peat is supplemented with shredded tree bark that has natural anti-fungus properties. Bio Terra Plus has been pre-fertilized with certified, organic ingredients such as bone meal, bat guano and a variety of trace elements from natural sources.
The peat that is used is the best quality that can be used and is only found at a few places in the world. The longer fiber structures of the peat in BIO TERRA PLUS are in contrary to cheaper versions much lighter. Being much lighter is a absolute advantage for the plant.
The bark we use has special characteristics. Low quality bark can often be the cause of negative moulds. The one used in BIO TERRA PLUS has a anti-septic characteristic!
In BIO TERRA PLUS there's also use of coco's fibre, actually the best Coco is used: CANNA COCO.
BIO TERRA PLUS is a pre-fertilized soil. The degree in which this pre-fertilizing is used by the soil depends on the degree on which nutrients are administered. BIO TERRA PLUS regulates this by itself. So when you administer little nutrients it will use a lot of the pre-fertilizing and with a lot of nutrients used it will use less. The pre-fertilizing remains present in the soil, even if it isn't (directly) necessary, the soil will save the pre-fertilizing for when it is needed. The self regulation doesn't depend on the water added but depends on climate temperatures.

CANNA Coco Natural is an organic product that is very lightly buffered and free of harmful viruses or soil diseases. CANNA Coco Natural has an excellent water / air system, that provides the ideal circumstances for this cultivation method. In addition, it naturally contains a special mold (Trichoderma) that protects plants against soil diseases. CANNA Coco Natural can be used a number of times.
The buffering of CANNA Coco Natural is not as heavy as Coco Professional Plus. Meaning that you have more control over the buffering process. If you would like to pre-buffer this Coco to the same level as its premium cousin it is worthwhile to have a look at the CANNA COGr Buffer Agent.
Due to the light buffering and also light pre-soaking this product is a lot lighter. (less water in the bag) This product weighs 11-12kg and is therefore easy to transport. You have a little more work in your grow room though by letting it soak in water a bit more.  All in all this is a very trustworthy Coco. Just not as easy to use as CANNA Coco Professional Plus. The choice is yours which of the two you prefer!

Atami Washed and Buffered Coco is a substrate composed of 100% washed and buffered coco fibre that contains no fertilisers.  This guarantees an incredible electrical conductivity (EC).  This substrate offers all the benefits of growing in the high-quality Atami Cocos, but with no fertilisers, which allows you to apply the chosen nutrient right from the start of growth.   For this reason, Washed and Buffered Coco is also ideal for seedlings and cuttings.  It has excellent water retention while still allowing plenty of aeration for roots.
